About

I began my training by obtaining the Certificate In Nutritional Advice, at Premier Training International. I then completed the Diploma in Nutritional Therapy, again with Premier, were I achieved a distinction in my theory work.

I am a full member of the British Association For Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), the UK’s professional body for nutritional therapists. As a member of BANT you can be confident that I follow the strict BANT Code of Professional Practice, have professional indemnity insurance for clinical practice and also meet the membership entry criteria found at the BANT website  www.bant.org.uk/bant/pdf/memberForms/BANT_MEMBERSHIP_ENTRY_CRITERIA.pdf

I also work with Bodytalk Corporate, a one stop corporate wellness company offering fitness, stress management, Pilates, postural correction, massage and nutritional advice to a variety of corporate firms.

I live in Ilkley, where I have established links and work with a number of local businesses.

Feedback from a private client, Emma, Leeds

‘I found Becky's advice to be intelligent, considered and specific to my needs and, perhaps most importantly, successful in helping me to achieve my goals. Her caring manner and practical approach meant that I felt supported and comfortable in discussing the problems with my health and existing diet and the changes that she suggested I should make.  The way in which Becky presents her advice is practical, positive and non-judgemental which, for me, led to an empowering experience with a positive outcome.’

Feedback from employees at the Leeds office of one of the big four accountancy firms.

‘I thought it was great. I got some really good tips and would definitely attend similar seminars.’

‘Defiantly interesting! It was a good introduction to nutrition associated with health issues and I did find some of the advice useful.’

‘Yes, very good, got a detailed report and they were very helpful!’

My Approach
  • to support the individual needs of each client
  • to investigate the underlying causes not just the symptoms of your health issues
  • individual, tailor made plans to help you achieve your goals
  • continual support
